Chef Jamie's culinary journey began 16 years ago in an Italian restaurant, where he fell in love with cooking, and from there he knew being a chef is exactly what he wanted to be!
Over the years Jamie has been head chef in some extremely busy restaurants, giving them great reputations and high standards of food over the Cotswolds. Now it's his time to have his name above the door and make his own restaurant the place to eat for everyone.
Not only does Jamie have the restaurant experience, but he has also become a private chef and caters/hosts small intimate dinner parties for weddings of 100+ guests, so if you're in need of someone to accommodate your celebrations, you're in the right place!
